Egg White Avocado Salad Sandwich

What you'll need:

  • 1-2 slices of Low Carb ROYO Bread
  • 3-4 egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • ¼ avocado
  • Spices to taste
  • Optional (drizzle of dressing)

How to make:

  1. Toast ROYO bread.
  2. In a medium bowl, mash avocado and egg whites with a fork.
  3. Mix in dijon mustard.
  4. Top your ROYO bread with the egg salad then add spices/dressing and enjoy!
